Thank you for shopping with Draped. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags must be attached, and the original receipt must be provided.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items.

• Underwear or accessories (if applicable).

• Custom-made or special-order items.

• Orders shipped outside the State of Kuwait are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return & Exchange Process

• Returns and exchanges can be made in-store within the State of Kuwait.

• For online orders within Kuwait, please contact our customer service team to arrange the return.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.

• For exchanges, items of equal or higher value may be selected, with any price difference paid by the customer.
